Frequently Asked Questions

Treat staff with respect; verbal and physical abuse will not be tolerated and may result in your immediate removal and/or banning from the bingo hall.

Bingo is a dabbing game and paper games must be dabbed with a dabber to be eligible for prize payouts. The numbers must be visible and must not be covered up by the dabbing ink; it is recommended to test your dabbers first to ensure they are not too thick.

It is up to the player to pay attention to the caller to ensure that they are playing the right page and/or dabbing the right balls game.

The number on screen takes precedent over the caller; whatever number the caller calls is the current active number, and a winning bingo card must be called on the last number called.

We offer gaming tablets serviced by Video King that offers an alternate method of playing bingo. After paying the required $2 Tablet Fee, players may obtain their regular games on tablets (except Speedos and Warmups, which will remain as paper games).

Dabbing on the tablet is simple; enter the account number featured on your receipt into your login screen, and tab the bottom right to dab.

With features that allow you to view the games you purchased, change the size and look of your games as well as the ability to add more, tablet gaming offers an experience that is best for those who want to double up on the fun, or those who may find traditional paper dabbing difficult.

No, outside food and drink cannot be brought into the bingo hall; however, a canteen that serves food, drink, snacks and other miscellaneous goodies can be located inside. A vending machine is also available with beverages.

Balls are an extra game that can be played either alongside a regular game or in between games. Balls vary in payout and play style; the caller will announce what type of balls you will be playing and how they should be played..

Below is a list of different ball types and ways to play:

  • Dabbing Numbers: Balls cards that contain numbers; these must be dabbed as the caller calls them. If the caller calls B10, you would dab your balls card if you had B10.
  • Instant Wins: Some balls sets contain a number of instant wins; these are good for cash raging anywhere from $1 to $5. Redemptions must be made before the session ends to collect instant wins.
  • Duds: Balls cards with no numbers or instant wins. Sorry, better luck next time!

Balls games cannot be played until all balls cards are sold from a set.

All-Holds

All-Holds Balls are balls games where every single card contains a number, meaning every single purchase guarantees a chance to play and win the payout. All-Holds games are usually sold at the seller counter alongside regular games.

When the caller shouts out a number that is on the ticket, it should be marked off. To win, a player must be the first person to match all three numbers on their ticket. Additionally, the very last number called by the announcer must be one of the three numbers on that specific ticket.

Downline

A "downline" in bingo refers to a specific vertical column of numbers on a bingo flashboard. Players purchase pull-tab tickets that correspond to these downlines, and the person holding the ticket for the first downline completed wins

Downline balls have 15 possible winners, as there are 15 rows of bingo numbers on the flashboard. For example, if B1, I16, N31, G46 and O61 are highlighted, the first row would be a completed Downline, and the player holding the ticket corresponding to those numbers would win the downline game.

To win the jackpot, you must be the first person to mark off every single number in your column, and the very last ball called by the announcer must be the final number you need to complete your line. As soon as that last number hits, shout out immediately to stop the room and claim your prize.

Smoking must be done at minimum 3 meters from the door.

Located at the back of the hall is a designated smoking section. TV displays, a flashboard and a speaker are located within the section.

Players should refrain from bringing their own devices such as heaters or portable fans.

Refunds are not permitted during the session. A receipt is required to verify an authentic purchase. Exchanges are not permitted, it is up to the player to purchase the cards they want for the session.

Children ages 5 and above are permitted in the bingo hall. Children should remain seated for the duration of the game.

Children between the ages of 10-14 require adult supervision to play; children 15 and over do not require supervision.
